- 8 Ounces Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Cook Time: 10 min
In a jar add chia seeds and cinnamon, and shake so the cinnamon coats the chia seeds.
Add the almond milk
Shake and refrigerate, repeating the shaking process every 15 minutes over the next hour to avoid clumping of chia seeds.
Leave in the refrigerator over night or up to 4 - 6 hours and enjoy!
I usually do this the night before when prepping for dinner and can make 2-3 ahead of time.
