Seaweed Noodle Salad

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 Knob of Sliced Ginger
  • 8oz Shitake Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons of EVOO
  • 6oz of Germinated Peas
  • 2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Wheat Free Tamari
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar (Optional)
  • Seaweed Noodles

Directions

Slice mushrooms into strips, set aside

Peel 1 knob of ginger with a spoon and cut into coins

Heat a sauté pan and add EVOO and ginger, after about 1 min add mushrooms. Stir and let the pan smoke a little.

Stir in peas, add garlic and let soften for about 2 minutes

Add in sesame oil and wheat free tamari, and noodles, combine and heat through for about 2 min

Serve this dish hot or let it cool down for a room temperature or cold noodle salad!
